Methods of Requesting an Official Transcript

Walk-In Request

In an effort to improve our efficiency levels, all transcript requests must be made online and no requests made in person will be facilitated.

First Transcript Request

Subsequent to graduation, first transcript requests are provided free of charge to students upon request, by the University Records department. The request for this first transcript (one copy only) must be made online by using the link below. For questions or concerns please email or faxed to 876-625-7609.

Please note that if a transcript was previously generated or requested, you will be required to re-route your request through the online facility

Online Request

New users should create an account by using the link below, returning users may proceed to the online transcript request page by using login credentials. Please note that a credit card is required to complete request online. Offline payments may be made at Bill Express, Paymaster or NCU cashier, please note however that payment receipt must be emailed ( or faxed to 876-625-7609. If you have questions, email us at or call 876-963-7266. All correspondence faxed or emailed to the University Records department, must include the following information:

  • Date when transcript request was made online
  • Your Full Name
  • Maiden/Former Name
  • Birthdate
  • Student ID #
  • Programs of Study
  • Graduation date
  • Approximate Dates of Attendance
  • Daytime Phone Number
  • Address
  • Fax Number (if applicable)
